“First we get there horrible service on phone wifi they gave us was wrong so I updated to them the right one. We get it the pool it has a strong chemical smell once my kids get out the have the worst rashes ever due to bacteria in the pool. I tell them they ask my if need them to come check it out and they never did. My babies were in pain with the rashes. There were lots of ants also in the kids room so they had to sleep somewhere else host kept ignoring me ”

“We had a full house for a Nationals Dance Competition at Margaritaville Resort. The house was very comfortable for our large group of family and friends and the neighborhood is conveniently located. The large kitchen allowed us to cook at home at our convenience. The dock was fun for fishing and the upper deck was perfect for watching 4th of July fireworks! There was plenty of space in the driveway for all of our cars. The country club pools were nice and even had a kiddie pool for the littlest……

“Our family stayed over Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is peaceful and gave us a true “lake weekend” feel—close enough to enjoy the water and nature but tucked away for quiet evenings.The check-in was very easy. “Our family of 5 stayed here to end the summer before school started. This home is the perfect location for good lake swimming and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil and cookware needed to make our meals daily. The primary bedroom was quite a bit warmer than the rest of the house but that could have been user error. Terry is a wonderful host and is very responsive! We would stay here again!”

“Loved the waterfront view of this property and the backyard seating area is perfectly set up to grill and have dinner outside and watch the beautiful Lake Livingston sunsets. We loved the hammock as well and our pups enjoyed roaming in the backyard too. The property manager was friendly and responsive. ”
