“Great Host. Sam was always available and responded very quickly to all text. We returned to the home late after my daughter’s wedding. We lost power and I text Sam and he responded very quickly. The power outage was no fault of his own as part of the neighborhood also lost power. He was very concerned and seemed genuinely sorry for the incident. “The location was great for our stay. Close to a lot of restaurants, and the Peach Orchard wedding venue that we went to one night. Beds were comfortable, nice updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. Nice TVs, appliances, washer/dryer, etc. Only things I’d change: hallway bathroom needs a bath mat, both bathrooms need either a bigger towel rack that will fit 2 towels, or two towel racks, and it would be nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms for getting ready purposes.
