“The A/C did not work despite host response to a previous review stating that the A/C was fixed. The temperature inside the house was in the 80s during the day and at night the temperature did not get below 79. VRBO customer service and myself spent over 5 hours trying to contact the host upon check only to get a message asking me to “set the thermostat to a lower temperature.” As if I hadn’t already tried that. “We enjoyed our stay & all of the amenities. The house came with laundry detergent, coffee, creamer, sugar, shampoo/ conditioner, etc! This was a great house, the host was very responsive. Close to freeway, clean & cozy”

“Me and my friends stayed for the weekend and had a good time. Check-in was simple and the thermostat can be adjusted by using the sides of it. Inside the place was very spacious and comfortable. The location was sketchy and there were a few cockroaches in the place but nothing major. Had a good time there nonetheless.”
