“I want to be completely transparent & thorough about my experience. As it relates to location, if you’re coming from out of town please be aware that if you’re staying within the city limits “the hood” is everywhere. Gentrification is taking place all over the city so it’s completely normal to see really nice homes surrounded by very old homes. So don’t be alarmed when you see the neighborhood. I’m from Houston so it didn’t bother me at all. It’s a gated home, we all felt safe. The home is……

“House was just as pictured. Total of 7 of us… blow up mattresses don’t work I could’ve brought my own. Overall great house great stay. 15/20 mins away from everything.”

“Great property! Clean, cool, and loved the back porch. The host was quick to respond with any questions. My boyfriend and I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Houston. ”

“Nice newer property! Neighborhood is... well, a mix of new property and boarded up houses. But, I never felt unsafe! It's a great location in proximity to the GRB Convention Center (for which I went to for a convention). An en-suite bath per room is nice! Overall, a great place!”

“The only issue was parking, the first night we had to park further than I would have liked but its doable. The place was perfect for 2 people & 2 people max! very clean, quiet, & private. they also had a patio on the back which we enjoyed. i would recommend. & its not walking distance to anything but we had a car so that was not an issue.”

“The house is spacious and has plenty of room for 5-7 people. The master bedroom has pretty thin walls that do not keep noise out. Also, blinds do not cover the entire window, so sunlight comes into the room in the morning, and without a fan in the room, it can get warm. The pool was a great way to cool off and relax, even though it was more worn/disheveled than expected (missing tile, fake plants in the pool upon arrival).
