“Host is very particular in expectations of his guests but all are reasonable and well communicated. The stay was exactly as advertised and very accommodating for a large group. You just have to be as transparent as possible and your stay will run smoothly. Neighborhood is a little on the run down side but no one bothered us and I felt safe during the entirety of ny stay. “Hands down so comfy and my kids had fun. The only bad part was the back yard they had a huge storm and they still had debris everywhere and we couldn’t use the little patio and we had to wash everything down and the grass was really long and the bugs were bad but other than that the beds were comfy. Great location! Host were nice. I’d recommend to a small family. Very spacious. No tvs in the bedrooms only the master.”

“We were in town for a high school graduation. We were able to invite family back to celebrate. Great house. Worked perfectly. Only thing I would Suggest is to bring tide pods and trash bags. Great stay. ”

“This is a very nice place. It had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday weekend. The host was very fast responding and attentive to our needs. The only things I will mention is that the listing address is not correct so we ended up at the wrong house initially. Also with the bedrooms the 3rd bedroom/office is within the second room an oversite on my part. Lastly, there was road construction going on during our stay. This does not take away from the location however it was a little noisy with……
