“Great Host. Sam was always available and responded very quickly to all text. We returned to the home late after my daughter’s wedding. We lost power and I text Sam and he responded very quickly. The power outage was no fault of his own as part of the neighborhood also lost power. He was very concerned and seemed genuinely sorry for the incident. The home is just as it appears in the photos with plenty of games and some toys for the children. We rented the property during the winter and I’m sure……

“Modern home with great beds and couch. Fully stocked kitchen and ice maker worked well. Needed a few additional towels. Had a beautiful backyard. ”

“The house is nice. TV in nearly every room. Game room in front room. The beds are comfortable; Zinus beds, a little difficult for some people to get out of the bed. Some neighborhood kids rang the Ring doorbell and banged on the glass in the door breaking it causing glass to go everywhere. We locked the door with a sliding lock at the top to secure it overnight. Also found an open window while ensuring our items were not stolen. We went out the garage door the next day so we would not break……

When I arrived I attempted to send a message to the property owner, I also went to the front door and through a Ring doorbell the owner asked who I was and didn’t realize the date so was unprepared for my arrival. He quickly prepared the room but the lack of communication and confusion on the dates was a bit disappointing. ”
