We rented the place for our son's wedding weekend and the detail and thought David and Lauren have put into this place was amazing! We felt like friends after they walked us through and showed us the place! 10/10”

“We were in town for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration. The house is perfect location for Woodlands activities. It's a 10 minuite Uber ride to bars and restaurants and the Hyatt where the big party was. The pool and hot tub was a great added bonus.”

“Large, spacious house suitable for our 3 generation family, but furnishings rather tired and not as shown in photos. The outside space was rather neglected and not as appealing as shown in the photographs, which must have been taken some years ago. We had specifically requested a heated pool but were told that parts were on order. The outside area in general was rather shabby. ”

“Had a great time, house was perfect for our family and all the little amenities they provided. only regret is we didn’t have more time to spend at the house to enjoy hanging out on the patio area and grilling! Host was very communicative and checked in on us asking if we needed anything and also responsive when we did have a need. Overall great experience!”

“While the neighborhood is older, its a new townhome in good condition that's well equipped and comfortable for a family stay The host is timely in responding, and was even able to help get us in a bit early after the cleaning crew had finished. One minor note is that while the listing says that it "sleeps 10", that's actually the max number of people permitted, it isn't actually set to sleep 10, as it has the three beds listed, and then possibly the couch. If my family is back in the area, it'd……

The hosts were readily available for questions and were really great at making sure everything was right. I would highly recommend this property and this host.”

“Jose was a great host. Showers didn't have hot water for longer than 2 or 3 minutes, pool isn't heated. Other than that, a good stay for a work trip.”
