“I was in town for a short while for work and needed a good value place in the Heights near downtown -- this was it. Check in and out was easy. The place was clean and had the necessities. Overall, it is a place I'd return to.”

“Although this property is cute and in walking distance to many great things, this is what didn't work: Traffic noise is very loud. Also, it is in a 4 plex and we could often hear others. Furniture was ok as far as comfort - not great, kinda cheap. No headboard for the bed. No curtains, and light came in through blinds 24/7. Bathroom sink is so small you can't wash your face. Short fridge, but the top of it had not been cleaned off, nor the placematts. The dryer was unusable, although they did……

“Tim’s apartment was great. He was very easy to communicate with and he helped me with the garage. Felt very safe to be able to use the garage while on a work trip. The apartment was nice and the window shades did a great job at blocking sunlight, but also were easy to adjust to get more light in but maintain privacy. There’s a ton of storage in the apartment. This was a great location in Houston Heights, since the green belt and HEB bookend the block. ”

“You can tell that they are really trying to put work into this property. They have brand new appliances, brand new TVs, and it was fairly clean. It is not in the best neighborhood, however, it is really close and convenient to the highway, shopping, and fast food. Give it was a hotel rating, it would probably be a 3 star hotel. Communication = SUPERB. instructions for check and checkout were also great.”
