“I stayed at this house for my 22nd birthday! The house was very clean and very gorgeous! The check in process was great and the additional fence and gate around the home made me feel very safe. I will say the freeway is extremely loud as I was woken up from cars with loud exhausts. The master bed is also quite uncomfortable. Other than that the stay was great! ”

“Our stay was truly a great experience! The communication level was seamless, the house was so clean and well thought out for a fun weekend. The owners had towels, showering essentials, games, and instructions to make your stay easier with parking. “It was a beautiful home with everything you need in it. We had our wedding and it was better than we imagined. Water pressure was good, the hot water was great considering here were over 20 people. The games they had kept the children entertained. The host was so nice and helpful with any questions we had. My parents left their dress and suit and she said she would ship it to us. So helpful and sweet!”

“This was worst experience I’ve ever had. Walked in the house and dead roaches on the floor. The grass outside was 3 feet tall. The pool and pool area wasn’t cleaned. One room didn’t have a bed in it. The room with upstairs that didn’t have furniture like advertised. And to top it all off the property didn’t have water.”

“Host is very particular in expectations of his guests but all are reasonable and well communicated. The stay was exactly as advertised and very accommodating for a large group. You just have to be as transparent as possible and your stay will run smoothly. Neighborhood is a little on the run down side but no one bothered us and I felt safe during the entirety of ny stay. Will definitely book again.”

“The place is as described in the listing. It's very large and was able to fit our group of 10 easily for the weekend. It was only 10 minutes away from the wedding we were attending which made it worth while.Overall I rated this home 4/5 stars because although it met our needs and Jim got back to us quickly if we needed anything, it's just a pretty outdated home that could use some updates.
