“We hosted a high school graduation party. My graduate and I stayed the first night and set up, then there was a formal party during the day, and a teen party at night. Several teens slept over, then we cleaned and packed and left the next afternoon (paid extra for late check-out). Everything was perfect! This house is definitely designed to accommodate events. Plenty of space indoors and outside for various groups of conversation. Room for tables, chairs, air mattresses, dancing, games,……

“If you are looking for fancy, this is not that, but it was very clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and bath. Neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and safe. It is an above the garage apartment with a full size bed bunk bed and large tv with plenty of app choices. It fit my needs very well and the back yard below was well kept with a peaceful vibe. If i had one complaint, it doesn't have a sofa nor a comfy chair. I had one question I sent the owner by message, and he called right away……

“This is by far one of the best home I’ve ever rented… location was everything and Marlene was nothing less than amazing. Although we had no issues at all she was still reachable whenever. The house was great and very very homey… only thing I can say is if you don’t like or prefer stairs then look again but for my crew of 10 we had no problem with it because it’s no bedroom downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need I really felt like I was home The pool and hot tub was on……
