“I booked Reside Houston Dwntwn for my boss and myself for a 4 day work trip to Houston. This hotel was beautiful, my boss loved his room and my was equally beautiful. I was hesitant initial to book this place because I didn't see much about it online but I am so glad I did. I took a few photos of my room, definitely will stay again. Also the front desk staff were so kind and recommended a few dinner spots for us. Definitely 10/10”

“This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped……
