“Host is very particular in expectations of his guests but all are reasonable and well communicated. The stay was exactly as advertised and very accommodating for a large group. You just have to be as transparent as possible and your stay will run smoothly. Neighborhood is a little on the run down side but no one bothered us and I felt safe during the entirety of ny stay. Will definitely book again.”

“The house was beautiful. Good spot for visiting downtown Houston, drive wasn't bad at all. Easy check in and out. AJ was very responsive with questions I had, I asked quite a bit lol. “The place is as described in the listing. It's very large and was able to fit our group of 10 easily for the weekend. It was only 10 minutes away from the wedding we were attending which made it worth while.Overall I rated this home 4/5 stars because although it met our needs and Jim got back to us quickly if we needed anything, it's just a pretty outdated home that could use some updates. “What a magical place to stay!! As you can see from the photos, it's like you're staying in a faraway place, but you're right in the heart of the action! It's close to the Museums, restaurants, bars, and shops! The property is gorgeous, with a delightful pool and beautiful landscaping! My girlfriends and I will definitely stay here again!! Hosts are wonderful, and if you are lucky, you might get to meet Dunkin, the host's Carin Terrier! ”
