“Overall it was good. Issues were no wash clothes for bathrooms.,which owner took care of, but quality was poor, very thin very cheap. No hand towels. Minimal toilet paper for a party of 6. Minimal dish soap in kitchen. The seating in living room was adequate, but really only for 5. Bar stools could be turned around to view TV, however the seats kinda sank in when you sat. Since we were at a wedding,we did not spend a lot of time at house.There was no book or posting of instructions about……

“Communication with host or the agency the host uses was pretty good. This is house was renovated some time ago. The pictures are not current of what it looks like now. Called them about the outside patio which clearly had not been cleaned in sometime they did come and sweep it off by not what the pictures showed. The windows do not look like they have been cleaned in months. A few spiders with lots of dust bunnies living under the one bed. Surfacing cleaning is fine it presents nicely, but this……

“The house was clean. Appears to be almost new. It was not a comfortable stay. The listing stated it had 4 beds when in reality it only had 3. As I was the one who booked it, I had to share a bed with a coworker. The furniture was not comfortable. There was no cable, direct tv or dish. The TV did have Netflix. There was no hot water… not sure if the water heater did not work or if the breaker was off but the cold side was the same temperature as the hot side. Paid for 7 days left after 6 …. Went……

“Perfect size for 3! Clean, well taken care of, quiet neighborhood (that happens to be on a dead end road, we liked the security of that) Property Manager had excellent communication and was quick at responding. We had a couple of changes I needed to make the owners aware of and they were very accepting & accommodative. 10/10, ZERO complaints. Check in/out was a piece of cake as well as their check out requirements. This is definitely our go to when visiting family in this area!”
