“On arrival receptionist was friendly lobby was clean. Arrived to room which already had the ac cranked down and room was clean. I could have used a little updating, bathroom tiles had cracks and there was some yellow caulking stuff in the shower that was a little off putting. “This room was great for us (232). However I booked two rooms - full handicap accessible due to the fact that my brother in law is an amputee and my dad is elderly. My brother in laws room (323) was not fully accessible and it was difficult for him. He was told it was handicap but there was no shower seat as shown in the picture and there were no grab bars for the toilet. More than one night and we would have to leave. The coffee maker in his room had to be replaced. When the person came to……
