"A terrible experience. Broken bathroom fixtures, dirty floors, dirty towels, blocked showers/sinks/toilets, slow service, unfriendly staff ( apart from Vic, Charlie and Amelia who, to be fair, were genuine and tried their best). To call this hotel 5-star is frankly fraud. It’s a shabby hotel, rooms and service 2 stars at best. Do not stay here with your family."

"An overall comfortable experience with good service, but suffered a few minor hiccups such as one elevator not working and keycard locks into the hotel not working as intended in the car park. Overall a decent stay."

"The room is big enough for 2-3 people, it is clean and comfortable, staffs are friendly and helpful, there are many bars near the hotel which is a bit noisy at night, however the location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again."
