There was no email address only a mobile phone with no voice mail available to leave a message. Neither did he respond to any emails sent by Vrbo support. Vrbo did not have any additional information about the property apart from that on the website and did not allow the booking to be cancelled until we actually arrived at the property despite the complete lack……
