“Room was clean but lamination wasn't bright enough.”

“The overall accommodation was alright, we stayed in a two-room and two-bathroom unit. The bedding in the master bedroom was a bit dusty, with some small black spots on it. The reception staff did follow up, but since we arrived quite late, we changed the sheets ourselves. The overall cleanliness was average, the master bathroom was poorly designed, with the entire floor getting wet after showering. The smaller room was relatively cleaner, but there were no available power outlets, so it was not……

“Our plane was cancelled and we informed Expedia that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good. The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. The location is good as it is only a few minute walk to the shopping mall. I hope that the window blinds can be changed to keep the bedrooms dark during……

“Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix……

“We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed. I have neither received any email on how to get into the property as well. we have reached the property (with a kid) and then we couldn't get hold of any at all. Seems that the host is not aware that the property is listed on the sites or approved. He has not received any communication etc. Imagine trying to get into a property which is located in a……
