“Very nice, great service, adults only was great”

“The property was pretty nice and keep clean but the beds in our suite were super hard. We had a 4 day reservation but left after 2 days because of the uncomfortable bed. They were very understanding and did refund us 2 days of our stay. In addition to the beds the hot tub never got hot it was just warm. The second day they had it on all day but it did not get any warmer. The staff was very very nice and super helpful in every way. I gave them the ratings I did because the staff were very nice!”

“Overall great place to stay”

“So this is my time staying in a hotel in Mexico, and I wasn’t to happy with it. We were on the 4th floor without an elevator. They did upgrade my room, but I was still a little upset that I didn’t have a balcony. I know they are still renovating but the room had no drawers, no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, no small refrigerator. Beautiful room. No lie. But I look for the small necessities! And they didn’t have them! I probably would not stay at this one again until they do the full……

“Staff was friendly and place looked clean all around however there was no water or electricity and wasn’t even given a time for it to return before having to check out. Super frustrating. ”

“Loved this hotel! The staff was great and the hotel was clean and beautiful! The price was on point and we were very happy with the room. The sand parking lot brought down the curb appeal but it didnt really matter. The restaurant had an amazing breakfast buffet with homecooked food and an incredible staff. I will definitely book here again.”
