“The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. There are restaurants within walking distance. It is located very close to Kings Island. ”

“We reserved a 1 bedroom suite through Expedia. When we checked in and went up to our room, we had a king studio suite. We went back down and explained what we were expecting due to sharing with our daughter and wanting some privacy. The AMAZING staff understood the situation and checked to see if they had what we had reserved available as it was a rodeo, ren faire and homecoming weekend. Luckily they did and they quickly switched it with no extra cost to us as we had used my credit card rewards……

“Pleasant stay - minor housekeeping issue and bathtub had gashes around the top and at in the bathtub-an unusual site. Please take that room offline until that issue is mitigated. Please add more handicap parking spaces.”

“This is my new default for when I come to visit family. Quick and easy check-in process they took a cash deposit so I got it back in the morning. The room was clean. Bed were comfy. They have a little soap bars and stuff breakfast downstairs. I slept through it convenient parking luggage carts the room were clean they smell good. ”
