“Amazing property with great potential. We were really excited about the bed, the fireplace, the jet tub, and the shower from the listing pics. Unfortunately, The fireplace needs some maintenance. There was a little black box that was supposed to cover all the wires, but it was not assembled, leaving me a bit worried it wouldn't catch on fire. Seems it leaks propane when not on as we could smell propane in the room. It appears there was issue with the fireplace at some point as there was black……

“Beautiful property with lush greenery. Pool was on small side but definitely welcome and enough for my 3 kids to cool off in the afternoon. My only wish is for some option for filtered water but that’s a preference not a need. Did have an ice machine in the fridge which was well used. Location was great. We were minutes to uptown Sedona and it was very convenient. The only other tip I would give is if you’re coming in later at night, they observe dark night so no lights or street lamps. We……

“I was so excited to visit this beautiful, relaxing villa in a great location. The Villages of Oak Creek is quiet and so close to incredible hiking. But as I checked in a representative of the place relayed that the huge, beautiful fireplace was not working. The great big, highly publicized fireplace in the center of the room was non working. The morning of check out the HVAC system was blowing cold air from 3:00 am until I left the premises at 10! It’s a shame that in January the two heat……

“We had a great time at the vacation rental. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property. The view of the mountains is just as spectacular as the photos. Sunrise and sunset was amazing! The house was close to many hiking trails and local restaurants and shops. It was well equipped and met all of our needs. We would highly recommend! ”

“This spacious 1 bedroom condo in western Sedona is an excellent launchpad for adventures in Sedona and Cottonwood. Hiking trails and wineries are a short drive away and its location provides a respite from the tourist areas of Sedona. Would definitely stay there again.”
