“I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. “The property is way nicer in person than the pictures. The beds were sooooo comfy. Such amazing spacious rooms, the bath was great. My only complaint is that the bottles the shampoo/shower gels etc were in were just impossible to use. We had our own with us anyway but it's the only issue we had with our stay! Can't wait to stay here again. ”

“Very good . Breakfast hours and options need improvement. Slow coffee line for one cup at a time and prepackaged items. Does not justify the resort fee. Hours need to be earlier as hikers need to get to trailheads very early. One day no one was there until 8:10. Need more info on parking overflow as parking fills up. Rest of stay was great, location is good and rooms have been updated. ”
