“Older Quality Inn, with few upgrades. However, the rooms are huge and the grounds are nice. There’s carpet, which I don’t like in a pet friendly hotel. Very faint smell of insect treatment. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Microwave and fridge are newer and clean. We couldn’t get the TV to work, but really didn’t try too hard. Pool was off limits as this is winter and it is outdoor. I will stay here again. Love the property, large room and QUIET.”

“So intimate, so quiet, so romantic. Loved it here. Great place to pause from this fast paced life and rejuvenate. Only bed isn't solid and makes an annoying sound when you turn in it. Otherwise, very lovely environment, clean place, great communication, close to Sedona city and sliderock”

“Very good . Breakfast hours and options need improvement. Slow coffee line for one cup at a time and prepackaged items. Does not justify the resort fee. Hours need to be earlier as hikers need to get to trailheads very early. One day no one was there until 8:10. Need more info on parking overflow as parking fills up. Rest of stay was great, location is good and rooms have been updated. ”

“Older property, comfy rooms, situated in a great area in Sedona. Property is older, rooms could certainly use a refresh. Older furniture, bathroom fixtures, lighting. Bed and linens were the highlight as well as the stunning views of Mountains and Oak Creek valley. Front desk was friendly, but tiny, with minimal room to handle two guests at once. Not hot tub, pool or fitness center, but plenty of hiking in Sedona. Adding a hot tub at each building would be a plus for guest tired and sore from……

“Fantastic property, located within walking distance of downtown Sedona and Tlaquepaque. Much larger space than anticipated! The large 1 bdrm + adjoining studio for our 23 y/o was perfect for our family of 3. The jacuzzi bathtub was very relaxing after a long day of hiking. Loved eating lunch on the balcony with Snoopy Rock in full view. Well appointed kitchen, and spacious dining area. Wish we stayed longer to take advantage of it all. ”
