“Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment.”

“Sehr netter Vermieter der sich noch wirklich um seine Gäste kümmert. Das Haus ist Top aber etwas abseits des Geschehens. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann richtig gut am Pool enspannen. Zu Fuss erreicht man Downtown in etwas mehr als eine halbe Stunde. Oder man ruft nen TukTuk und ist innerhalb ein paar Minuten dort. Alle wichtigen Infos zum Haus und El Gouna bekommt man vom Vermieter vorab per Mail. Auf Wunsch regelt er auch den Transfer vom Flughafen. Gerne wieder. ”

“Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Graziellas Villa mit viel Platz, Zimmer und Bad für zwei Familien (drei wären auch machbar), einem großen, sauberen Pool und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben die ruhige Lage, die Lagunen, und die schöne Aussicht genossen und gleichzeitig ist man mit den Toktoks schnell in die Stadt zum Essen oder Shoppen, oder auch zum Strand gekommen. Die Strände sind leider alle außer dem Buzzha Strand (vor allem zum Kiten, aber auch für Kinder geeignet)……

“The property was actually two twin villas, united by a lovely courtyard and swimming pool. The villas were spacious, very well furnished, immaculately clean and well stocked. We were a large party of 14,adults and teenagers gathered for a family reunion.The property really fit our requirements as there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax, entertain and chill.The Manager Haytham and his assistant Ibrahim were superb, very quick to respond via WhatsApp and very helpful indeed. “When we checked in, the washer wasn’t connected, the faucet sink was loose, and the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned. I reported it to the front desk late at night, and they moved us to a different room the next day. I really appreciate how they resolved the issues. The staff were very kind and accommodating.”

“Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Alles war super schön und perfekt organisiert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals – egal, welches Anliegen ich hatte, mir wurde immer sofort und freundlich geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt: wunderschön und ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch nah am Meer. Anders als viele andere Hotels in der Gegend ist es angenehm still, sodass man wirklich entspannen kann.”

“I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable.……

“I’ve stayed at this hotel four times — once solo, once with a couple, and once with a male friend — and every stay was truly amazing. From the warm welcome at the modern reception to the professional, friendly staff, everything is top-notch. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have super comfortable beds and pillows.
