“I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable.……

“La villa est très bien située, l’aéroport à 3 minutes en voiture, la plage à 700 m, grande promenade, bowling…tout est a proximité Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sayed qui s’est rendu très serviable et disponible, toujours à l’écoute et très gentil. La villa possède une jolie piscine sans aucun vis à vis dans un magnifique jardin. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances !!! Merci Sayed pour tout !!!”

“On our 1st day, the broker or the owner’s representative showed disrespect to the family members while giving instructions on how to use the facilities allowed. Not only did he insult the family helper but also my mother in law! The broker informed us that we will have to pay for the electricity bill although it’s not even mentioned in the policy. We contacted him through phone before booking, and he confirmed it’s included in the whole amount. Trying to discuss the proper way he deals with……

“We stayed in the villa in april 2023,with 2 adults and 2 children. It was a very simple and easy check in, anything i needed to know i was instantly answered and the host himself was very helpful. The villa itself is lovely and big with aircon in every room. The villa also has WiFi and i would say a 50 inch lg tv in the living area and maybe 40 inch in the master bedroom.
