“Over all it was the perfect location to get to Mayo and StMarys hospital.However they need to replace the filthy rugs!!Also,I booked this place for 26 days but only stayed there 16 days!I reached out to owner about refund or maybe use those extra days in February,because we will be making more trips to Mayo!!!We did not get an answer at all from the owner!!Thats just RUDE!!”

“Very clear and easy check in process. Parking in definitely a pain if you need more than one spot. No parking on the two closest streets. Very easy walk to Mayo Clinic. Very cozy place with vintage furnishings. Only downfall was there was no ice melter in the place to put down. Everything was glare because of a storm. Toilet will keep running until you play with the handle for it to stop. Even with that I would still stay again. ”

“Very cute. Might be helpful to stress that there is no oven or stovetop (I know the description said kitchenette), but a reminder might help. Also, a note that the apartment is up a fairly steep flight of stairs, which would be important know if someone has a disability. Four adults is stretching it for comfort, but doable. “My husband and I stayed in Connie's apartment in Zumbrota for a weekend. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the thoughtful snacks, water, coffee, and tea provided to make us feel at home and welcome. Connie's communication with us was excellent, check-in and check-out was very easy, and she did a great job providing us with helpful information. The location was great. A gas station/convenience store, grocery store, restaurants, and fun shops were less than a block or two……

“We stayed with are son who has cancer and was there for surgery. Stairs were so steep and dark. Shower base leaked in the corner. No water pressure. Kitchen is a walkway connecting bedrooms. Dorm size fridge. Tried reporting a man sleeping in his truck outside our door. Took 24 hours for host to do anything. They stated he was in apartment below us. Later that day notice he was back sleeping in his truck where he stayed for the next 2 days. We ended up leave 2 days early and staying at a hotel……
