“Came to be with my old MK nursing roommate we graduated 1965 that’s 60 years this year. She was just diagnosed with inoperative cancer and is in hospice. I watched over her during the night and came back and rested in the condo so well during the day. My husband, Dr Arnie Jostock was from rural Lake City so I know the town well. I look forward to returning ”

“This is a beautiful property overlooking the water. New construction so everything is updated nicely. Pictures are as shown, beautiful view of Pepin, rooftop area very nice but the units deck was also wonderful! Only suggestions are very minor: not much for confidence supplies if you cook a lot—tin foil, plastic wrap, general spices. And the shower head doesn’t have any adjustments, it is very fine and strong spray, a bit harsh on areas like your face. Overall loved our stay! Would definitely……

“Good location. 4 electrical outlets didn’t work—probably just breaker but awkward because i had no outlet to plug laptop into near a table in order to work remotely. Overall fine-worked for us.. several small spiders. Ceiling fan in bedroom gross with dust buildup. I will attach photos if i can.”

“This unit has supreme corner view to enjoy the river and the eagles. Location is along the river road walk path DQ is next door for a late night treat. Super clean, open air place with all the amenities you need. The deck is glorious for relaxing, reading and as a photographer I captured many eagle pics! We got exactly what we expected from the photos and more. Will be back again.”

“The inside is much better than how it looks outside. It was very clean and served our purpose. The bathroom sink was a bit small and the shower had amazing water pressure but unfortunately when we were leaving on Sunday one of us has to take a cold shower. ”
