“This was our second stay at Buxton Crescent and it was even better than the first. The Spa treatments are the most varied I have seen & the Spa itself is is the most superior I have been to. The food in the hotel is excellent, whether it was breakfast or evening meal. It is all topped off by the hotel being well positioned for the theatre, park and shopping ”

“Lovely hotel located in a serene setting with ample and free parking. We enjoyed great conversation with the friendly staff, especially those in the beautiful dining room. The breakfast was cooked to order and to perfection…delicious! The room was very clean although a bit smaller than we expected but the bathroom was spacious and fully remodeled. “A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby……
