“We stayed here for a family girls weekend. The house was clean and spacious. The openness of the main area allowed for us to socialize there and the location close to so many restaurants and activities gave us a lot of easy options. The communication with the owner was great! ”

“12 day stay. The house was a great size, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 in the lower level. We had our to children (7 & 3) stay in the full sized beds on the 2nd floor room. The master bedroom was a great size, along with a nice dual vanity for couples. The kitchen was a great size, along with a nice living room. The downstairs family room was a great area for the kids to play in or for me and my wife to exercise.The house was located very close to many restaurants, ice cream shops, a……

“We stayed because property is between IA State Fair, and our extended family in Minburn. Kids/Grandkids came down from Twin Cities and we from Chicago. Adel is a nice town and property is convenient in a nice neighborhood. Home is large and comfortable, property from 1930's? All appliances and kitchen and beds were in good shape. (Appreciated the A/C)! We had to work out some issues with the owner, but she responded quickly and appropriately. We all had a great time.”

“My husband & I (60) & our daughter (29) stayed two nights in this home. We found it to be clean, and well-stocked, and it had plenty of space for the three of us. We were attending events in Grimes, Dallas Center & Des Moines, so the location worked perfectly for our visit. We found the neighborhood to be peaceful and quiet.Thank you especially for the towels and tp! And we loved not having to do housework before checking out. This is a definite “stay again” property.”
