“My daughter and I were in the area for a basketball tournament. We booked weeks ago, but her schedule didnt come out until Tuesday the week of. We found out she didnt play until Saturday evening. On Wednesday, I asked the host if we could alter our stay to check in on Saturday to save a night. She said a refund for Friday night was NOT possible. “As a result of the communications with the owner, I left my stay at this property feeling disrespected, insulted, and helpless. Not exactly the feeling I was hoping for during my family vacation. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was clean and well equipped. Including a towel to wipe dog paws. There were even additional items we did not expect. A nice pack-n-play and blow up mattress.
