“This is a very cute older historical home in a beautiful neighborhood. We had 5 adult women get together for the weekend, and this place fit our group perfectly. One of us snores so the 3rd floor bedroom option fit perfectly, just a tad noise from the highway but slept great with a fan running on high over the fan. We ordered take out both nights, great selection of a variety of different foods. Delivery from area restaurants were fast and delicious, under 25 mins from order to door. This fit……

“There were several issues. The lock box with the keys couldn't be opened, no one knew the code. The automatic deadbolt lock wouldn't open with number pad and could not be fixed remotely. An employee came to building to help and had me download app and it worked but took over 2 hours to get things working and I was late to an engagement. The TV never worked even with texts and calls made to report it. I was told someone would be fixing that and the microwave but they never showed. ”

“Stayed there for rehersal Friday night then wedding Saturday with family. It accomadated us well! Will be back when we have trips that way again!”

“Great condo, everything as advertised. The location is fantastic as it super close to shopping and many restaurants. The check in was smooth and all questions were covered in the house manual. The property very clean and was well stocked with everything you might need and the beds were very comfortable. ”

“A trendy little industrial style 1 bedroom in the heart of Valley Junction. Just as advertised. The neighborhood is for visiting, so the lack of amenities is a non/issue. A a few board games, and enough kitchenware to cook breakfast; is plenty for what you’d want to be there for in the first place. My 9 year old loved visiting the cats at Cats and Coffee down the street. The boutiques look lovely, and the State Fair was a short drive away (imo). A large spacious bathroom that seems to be……

“This was a great place to stay in Des Moines. We were staying for a night for a concert and it was the perfect little apartment for us. Apartment was clean and super easy for check in. Had everything we could need and I will definitely look to stay here again for future trips to Des Moines!!”
