“The BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in!! Absolutely beautiful! So many great little extras and little details. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and it was the perfect home to accommodate us and our extended family. So much space to spread out with places for all ages to enjoy! The beds were wonderful and the decor was gorgeous! Hope to be back again!!”

“Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!”

“Communication with Brandon was excellent and timely, he even provided us with a board game table after learning we were there to complete a long-running ttrpg campaign in person. Some things to be aware of: the door on the upstairs bathroom doesn't shut all the way, so making sure you're clear on when someone's in the bathroom is key, especially if you're travelling with friends rather than family. There is a ton of space for both relaxing and gaming, we didn't have as much time to explore but……

“Family of 6 stayed for 2 nights. Comfortable enough for 2 nights. 4 of us for another 2 nights was much better. 6 is tight. 4 is fairly comfy. Cute place. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood felt safe, the garage was set up fun with games, a ping pong table, bar, tv, table, and couch. Great for lounging around and having the garage doors open on a nice day. The house also has many bedrooms with multiple beds in several. This allowed everyone to sleep comfortably. Will be booking again in the future.”

“This house is ridiculous, but in a good and fun way. We were in town with family to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Drake and this house was an excellent fit for our group. We only had seven people, but there is easily room to sleep 10 comfortably. We didn't use the kitchen, but the dining room table was great for a game of Five Crowns and we played a few games of darts in the game room downstairs.Location wise, it was a quick and easy drive from the house to both Drake and downtown Des……

“Great little house. Very clean and a great host. Has a basement that has reinforced floor joices to be a proper tornado shelter. I will be back in June and i will stay again.”
