“The main purpose of our trip was to explore the beautiful cycling trails Des Moines has to offer. This property offered a great location for easy access to main trails. It has many conveniences close by and is in a nice neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed to relax after our rides….well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and a pool! The property is well stocked and clean and having a garage is a plus!”

“Very nice and clean! Lots of kitchen accessories for making meals. Comfortable bed and couch. Streaming services on both tv's. Wifi, gym access, close to the freeway. ”

“Brand new appliances, including a washer & dryer in the basement. The main floor has a living room and kitchen. The stairs lead upstairs to the two bedrooms. Great neighborhood! Lots of easy access to shops. It's a very comfortable area and reminds me of a townhouse.”

“This is a very cute older historical home in a beautiful neighborhood. We had 5 adult women get together for the weekend, and this place fit our group perfectly. One of us snores so the 3rd floor bedroom option fit perfectly, just a tad noise from the highway but slept great with a fan running on high over the fan. We ordered take out both nights, great selection of a variety of different foods. Delivery from area restaurants were fast and delicious, under 25 mins from order to door. This fit……

“The pictures the host posted of the property are deceiving. This rental is not “charming”, it’s very very old & not well-cared of; the stairs to the property in the back (which is the way you are instructed to enter) are treacherous. There isn’t lighting outside to maneuver the stairs and I’m sure they aren’t up to code. You’re met with a hanging chain that hits you in the head upon opening the back entry way door. The main floor toilet had been used and was not clean. There were bugs throughout……

Situated in a quiet development surrounded by green fields, the condo provides a relaxing feel, just a few short minutes away from Jordan Creek center and many other venues. The garage is located directly across from the building and there is plenty of on site parking for additional guests. The hosts provided easy access to digital check in and check out instructions. Highly recommend considering this property for any visit to West……
