“Location was great for us. Unit was pretty much as described. But microwave didnt work, smoke detector was covered with plastic. Coffee maker but no coffee cups or coffee. Lack os kitchen supplies was very disappointing. Price was fine but we had to eat out and go get coffee when we should have been able to do all of that in unit.”

“We enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of space and room for the littles to play.”

“The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped. If “breathtaking” was meant to describe the view, it was not. Our view was a brick wall and homeless people that congregated by the building. The location was great for downtown activities— we walked to a concert and baseball game and enjoyed proximity to parks and the river walk. We did have trouble checking in because the lockbox code we were given was incorrect. Luckily someone from the cleaning service was able to give us a new code that……

“It was a great location for our needs. Nice layout. It was mostly clean. I could write my name in the dust on my bedroom night stand. Host, Jose, was not as responsive as I would have liked.. We texted him about an hour and a half of our arrival asking for two blankets and for a stopper for the bathtub. Housekeeping came the next day but by then we figured how to be warm. The unit doesn't have heat control in unit. I never did get a stopper for the tub. I went and bought one myself. I ……

“There were a number of things I didn't like. First, there was no one available to assist or answer questions for the first 2 days there. Secondly, there was unexpected a lot of noise outside the unit a 5am. Third, they said no pets allowed, but we experienced animal fur in the unit. We have a crawling infant and there was a lot of fur on the bottom of his high chair discovered as we were loading our van to leave. The unit and building was very secure, but there was no information given……

“Came in town to visit my daughter who studies at Drake. Really clean, roomy and great amenities. We loved being right downtown ”

“Basic small studio in old well secured elevator building. Creaky wood floors made me not want to move around too much but was not bothered by noise from upstairs; nice quiet space beside that. Metal mini-blinds only on windows (no light blocking curtain) and early 10 am check out make this space best for early risers.”
