“Our family had a very nice time at this property! We were able to spend quality time together with one another and friends. The house was clean and well maintained. We had an odd issue that was out of the control of the owner. But he responded quickly and offered possible alternatives to help us. We would highly recommend!!”

“Stayed for a few nights with friends and the location couldn't be beat! Everything downtown is a stone's throw away. The two-car garage was incredibly convenient for our group. The owners were very helpful and accommodating, and very responsive before, during and after our stay. We encountered only a minor issue and they were quick to address it. Overall, great experience - would stay again next time I'm in town.”

“Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!”

“Our family had such a great time at this Urbandale home! The location made it easy to get to downtown Des Moines and but the neighborhood was peaceful. The game room was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults, too!)—we spent hours playing together. The kitchen was well stocked, which made meal times simple, and the bathrooms had everything we needed and were v@clean. It really felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches. ”
