“My daughter and I were in the area for a basketball tournament. We booked weeks ago, but her schedule didnt come out until Tuesday the week of. We found out she didnt play until Saturday evening. On Wednesday, I asked the host if we could alter our stay to check in on Saturday to save a night. She said a refund for Friday night was NOT possible.
