“We had a great stay overall—beautiful view and the place was very clean. However, I was disappointed to find that the duvet and pillows didn’t seem to have been cleaned--ever. The duvet, in particular, was extremely dirty, which was a letdown after seeing how spotless the rest of the home was. Thankfully, I found clean blankets in the closet and used those instead. I’d strongly recommend the owner either replace the comforter with a washable one or ensure it’s laundered between guests. It’s a……

“This condo is a wonderful place to stay. The ocean sounds and views are so relaxing. The condo is beautifully furnished with everything you need for your stay. The beach, which is right outside the door, is a great place for a nice long walk. The condo is well stocked and exceptionally clean. We love it there!”

“Our host, Michelle was very responsive and friendly. The location is one block from the beach. Very nice indeed. The 2 bedroom 2.5 bath was perfect for our family located in a nice neighborhood. “We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz in this cozy little cottage. No bells and whistles here, but it was just enough and what we needed for a great stay. We celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday with a little girls trip and we loved being in the center between Capitola and Santa Cruz. There was a Starbucks and a beach within a super quick walk - what else can you ask for?Jeanne, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and very fast in her responses. “Stayed at the beach house for the weekend with extended family over Mother’s Day weekend (grandparents, adult children spouses, grandchildren). The views were great and and steps away from the beach. Be prepared for lots of steps and bring soap/foil for cooking. Otherwise house was fully-stocked. Plenty of towels and bedding. It was confident to have a laundry machine for washing clothes that got wet from the ocean. Stairs are not the most child friendly (youngest member is almost 2yo) and……
