“Perfect place for my husband and me as we visited our boys at Clemson University. Takes about 20-30 minutes to get to Clemson from the house. The size is perfect for two people. Shower is small--but that's to be expected. Hot water quickly and more than enough. FYI: bring soap. The bathroom had none at sink or in shower. I contacted host and she said they don't provide it. “Having friends that live in the community, we come to Lake Hartwell a lot. And our stay here was one of the best even with the effects of Hurricane Helene. We didn't have internet, but who needed it. We had the lake and a boat and perfect weather! “In total, we were a group of 20. Overall, the facility was very accommodating and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook for our large party. The rooms were very spacious, and all bed sheets were nice and clean. The only challenge we experienced was with the hot water. The water heater was broken. “The weather was absolutely beautiful and absolutely horrible at the same time the cabin offered a very nice place to stay warm while it snowed and to get out of the weather while we weren’t fishing, we didn’t win, but we will be back.
