(Often these restaurants with B/F subbed out to them by the hotel are poor, but this one was the opposite). Obviously the location has a big part in this, but if you're there for the uni, or visiting family (as we were) and this suits... it's great. Nice lake over in the residential area opposite (keep walking well past……

“Spacious room, came with various breakfast supplies (bacon, eggs, bread cereals etc), more than enough to to cover our stay. Loved the quiet location. Close to transport and shops. Courtyard with BBQ and seating was great for relaxing. Highly recommended. ”
