“The are around the property had lots of shopping and restaurants which was great.the hotel itself was very dirty,when you walk in the carpets were filthy,yoy could see the grime on the banister of the mainstairway, well had chips of paint missing and there was animal hair throughout all the main walkways. When asked to get extra towels or toilet paper my spouse was treated very rudely. The bathroom had two different types of Lights and two light bulbs out so it was very difficult to do my makeup……

“Everything was wonderful except our 2nd Dining experience at the Toasted Oak. We had a waitress that didn’t seem like she wanted to be our waitress. She came over with an indifference attitude. Gave me 1 cup of coffee and never checked if I needed a refill. Gave me a burnt English muffin. When the bill was due she decided to be polite then thinking I was going to give her an additional tip. I tipped her accordingly to her service. I did give a generous tip to the waitress that came over……
