“I chose ihg holiday inn express and suites because it was 5 min close to where I needed to be in the next morning. I also chose it because the reviews looked decent and it was overall a clean hotel. the hotel needs an ac system or maybe that morning it wasn’t working but The elevator was way too hot for me and the hallways but other than that everything was good. One of the pillows did have someone else blood on it when I arrived. I put it to the side also the room did lack towels. I’m not sure……

“About the best you can do in Brentwood. Beats the Holiday Inn, which might be confused with a prison on a good night. So while the Hampton is sort of in a funky spot next to the hooka lounge it’s a better option than the Best Western or the Holiday Inn for similar $.”

“I've just checked in about 20 minutes. I wanted to take a bath after a long hot day. I turned on bathroom faucet and out burst the dirtiest brown water. I thought to give it time maybe it will clear up. After a few minutes there was no change. I took out my phone and started recording. I then walked to the office to tell them the problem and the clerk with a defensive attitude said give it time. I recorded the conversation along with recording of this awful bad smells room . How can Expedia……
