“Allen met our family of 12 and welcomed us. From the initial entrance to our departure the Villa was perfect. Beautiful space wonderful furnishings and interesting art work. Great location and we would definitely recommend Villa Balboa to any larger group of 12-14. ”

Many of the things were in walking distance 10 to 30 minutes.Sal, went above and beyond for our accommodations due to an issue that we had at checkout time.
