Their is no reception in the building, so if you are struggling with that, you will have to go to a different hotel with a reception (3mins by car). “Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough”

“Stayed here for the UEFA 2025 final. The hotel is proper chilled out and the staff are excellent, so friendly. 24 hour bar if you wanted with a night porter on. Ideally positioned to the centre with no noise. Really pleasant stay, breakfast is simple but good and available up to (and after) 10:00. ”
