“Beautiful and elegant hotel. The room with a balcony (Room 315) overlooking the sea was wonderful. Very spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. The linens were high quality. Lovely furnishings throughout the room and hotel. Large bathroom with a very nice shower. Parking on site was an appreciated feature as well. Highly recommended and would happily stay again. ”

“En general muy buena estancia. El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo en el centro de Santillana. Tiene un personal muy bueno, que intenta ayudar en lo que necesites y es de agradecer. El problema es que al ser una casa palaciega no está totalmente, acondicionada en sus habitaciones, para ofrecer una estancia de 5 estrellas, es más de 4. En la habitación hace frio porque la calefacción no funciona bien y tienes que llamar a recepción para que suban a verificarlo. en nuestro caso no hubo calefacción……
