“The booking process is quite confusing. I booked with PayPal for 3 installment payment. Which initial deduction was made buy when i reached Spain, they required the full balance before tjey allowed me to check in. I was informed later that the money will be refunded, is been 5days now without any update about the refund. The room we had was by the road and very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. “El apartamento esta muy bien, está en una zona con un centro comercial cercano en el cual se puede comprar y comer, hay varios supermercados y aunque yo no fui al spa ni al gimnasio es un punto tenerlo tan cerca. La única pega que puedo poner es que están muy mal insonorizados y se oye todo, todo lo del vecino”

“Difficult to locate, parking is a long walk away up and down cobble-stone streets, check-in is complicated, the apartment name is not as advertised, the nearby church bells sound on the hour. Given the cost and problems it is not good value for money - better to stay at the nearby Parador. Can fully recommend Santillana.”

“Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bei Anfragen immer hilfreich. Danke! Leider waren wir nicht so happy mit dem Objekt selbst, da es direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße nach Noja liegt. Dadurch hatten wir immer Straßenlärm in der Wohnung. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war nur schwer möglich. Das war uns aufgrund des FeWo-direkt Inserats so nicht bewußt. Dem Appartment merkten man den Charme der 70er Jahre an. Auch laden die Wohnzimmermöbel nicht zum bequemen Sitzen ein. Die Couchmöbel……

“The way a really nice place to, everything fitted out to a high standard (american fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc). Huge TVs in the main room and bedroom. Very comfortable beds, small balcony setting area and large living room/kitchen. Great with for families with two bedrooms. Also a handy lift (very new) and secure key code locks. The location was also really good just on the outskirts of the main city centre, but still a main road with loads shops (and some excellent bakeries),……

“El piso está directamente en la calle en planta 0 y por esta razón no tiene ventanas que miran fuera pero solo ventanas un poco difícil de abrir utilizando una escalera. El piso tiene todo, también lavadora y lavavajillas. ”

“Buena ubicación, recién pintado. Apartamento como se ve en las fotos. Debería actualizarse algunas cosas, tales como el baño y las ventanas que son demasiado viejas. También se debería revisar la potencia de luz contratada puesto que con un solo fuego de la vitro , el microondas y una lampara saltan los plomos. Antonio muy simpático y amable, nos proporcionó un utensilio que necesitábamos en cuanto se lo dijimos.”
