“Really good hotel. Old building but excellent facilities and staff. Very good breakfast. Not many shops or restaurants nearby to walk to but plenty within 5 minute drive. Plenty of secure parking.”

“Apartment exactly as pictured. No one on reception on arrival or at all during our stay, contact available by phone. We arrived early, rooms still being cleaned but advised to return after 3pm.Only information at property was a taxi number. No info regarding the area, maps, how to get to areas of interest. Kitchen facilities but Coffee machine would be useful as for 1 night stay people dont tend to purchase coffee & milk. Have use of private fridge & extra charge to use launndry facilities but……

“Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Absolut sauber. Landschaftlich schön gelegen. Parkplatz und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr nette Gastgeber, es wäre schön, wenn auch Englisch gesprochen würde. Die Holztüren in den Zimmern sind etwas laut, besonders nachts, wenn Gäste später in ihre Zimmer zurückgekommen. Für uns wären weichere Matratzen von Vorteil gewesen. Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir Vollkornprodukte gewünscht. Trotz einiger Kritikpunkte empfehlen wir die Unterkunft gerne weiter.”

“Vraiment bien. Chambre moderne bien équipée avec balcon et balcon-serre et un grand bain. Petite rue occupée pendant la journée mais tranquille la nuit. Plusieurs bons restaurants petits commerces er pharmacie à proximité. ”

“Overall is ok except for the bed too soft letting people sleeping feel kind of unsafety.”

“房間非常的小，但是看起來乾淨，旅館的服務人員素質不太一樣，有些很好，有些沒那麼好！當場加早餐，付過錢了，但是最後一天要離開的時候又要跟我們要一遍，好險有溝通，後來沒有收，但是每次去吃早餐的時候有付錢，不知為何電腦系統還會記錄沒付”

“Great location though our room #7 was a bit noisy late into the evening due to being above and across the narrow street from a lively bar. Excellent, friendly service (gracias Vickey) and a great location in the Casco Viejo. Would definitely stay again 😃!!”

“Really nice room in a nice neighbourhood. Even though I stayed on a Friday night, there wasn't much noise after midnight. I stayed during a heatwave and the air condition was amazing! The water pressure in the shower was perfect too! If I go ever go to Bilbao again, I will try to stay here.”

“Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going……
