“Friendly staff, very spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower room. A few ‘teething troubles’ - one of the sockets providing power to the coffee pod machine not fixed to the wall, toilet roll had been wet and left to dry out - not acceptable. Coffee pod machine is a waste of time! Parking right outside door of hotel was great, easy downhill walk through little streets to main area. Very nice breakfast. Convenient for 1 night stay before catching ferry.”

“Had a great stay in Santander with Oskar and team, everybody was very helpful allowing us to leave bags before check in, making sure the bed configuration was comfortable for four friends and answering any questions we had. Great location near to the bus stop, supermarket next door and all of Santander a walkable distance away. Thanks! ”

“木頭隔間非常的糟，住了兩晚，一直聽到隔壁歡樂，還有做愛的呻吟聲，晚上也很吵！總之，隔音效果不好，衣櫥打開有一種奇怪的霉味，裡面沒有冷氣，床鋪也很小，附近有很多旅館，感覺應該會比較好，做了這麼多平價旅館，這一間真的是最糟的，感覺踩雷了！”

“Check in是在對面另一家旅館，離巴士站很近，巷口就有超級市場。一樓的Bar提供便宜也不錯的早餐，適合過境的旅人住宿，所在區域不是特別熱鬧，要探索Santander記得往大教堂的方向走，大教堂非常值得一看，附近也有許多好店。”

“Nuestra estancia fue muy buena, destacando la limpieza y amabilidad del personal del hotel, y muy amables y mejor calidad en la cafetería. El hotel está mejorable con el mobiliario de la habitación pero es muy entendible ya que es un 2 estrellas, volveremos seguro!!!”

“Lovely stay in Hotel Picos de Europa. I arrived very early, hoping to leave my luggage and return later to check in. Instead, the reception checked for available rooms and I checked in right then. Room was comfortable with a complementary bottle of water. Good location for bus and train stations”
