“Great hotel with at a reasonable price. Early check-in by paying 5 euros. Quiet and well located. Very new and nice skylight that opens and had black out blinds. Wish they had a fridge. Was alone but I'd you have someone with you, they can see you use the shower/washroom. There should be dark curtains around the washroom. A small fridge in the room would also be nice along with free coffee/tea in the lobby or even a small fee to pay, especially after hours of th café downstairs since no coffee……

“Tolles Stadthotel mit sehr guter Anbindung an die U-Bahn und an die City. Die Fahrt zum Flughafen dauert nur 10-15 Minuten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker. Die Preise für Getränke und Snacks an der Bar sind fair. Die Einrichtung im Lobby-Bereich sehr modern und einladend, die Zimmer an manchen Stellen etwas abgewohnt, aber aufgrund der Sauberkeit noch sehr gut. Tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. “Great location, but easy to miss within the heart of old Bilbao. Be aware that it’s within a pedestrian area so if in a rented vehicles park at the nearby underground parking which is approximately 10 minutes walk away. ”

“Over for a two night football break. Check in was quick, room was basic but clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean with powerful shower. Nice quiet neighbourhood away from city bustle.”

At the bar and restaurant the food was good, but the staff there was unprofessional and with lack of manners. We didn’t expect to have this kind of bad service at the restaurant in a hotel like this one.”

“If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would! It was amazing! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel and room were very clean and everything was so new and fresh. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated. It's in a very convenient location, close to the market and walking distance to lots of the sites, bars and restaurants. ”
