“This was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the exceptional staff, who were so welcoming and went out of their way to make our experience fabulous, to the cabin itself, everything here was perfect. “官網沒有告知熱水供應有限的問題。並且checking in時也沒告知熱水供應有限的事情。導致入住後才發現這項問題，在夜晚零度的時候洗澡到一半沒有供應洗澡熱水，這實在非常令人覺得困擾並且感到驚訝。立即向櫃檯反應也只是回答30分鐘後就會再次提供熱水。並沒有說明提供後，還能使用時間限度。也沒有任何方式可以了解現在到底會不會再次發生突然沒有熱水的問題。櫃檯的解決方式只有提供另一個場地沖澡。但是詢問後，即便到另一個場地洗澡一樣會有這樣的問題。未來任何人入住，都需要考量這樣的問題並且納入是否訂購該飯店的評估項目。”

Lovely

"Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place"
