“Check in was easy with details provided in the VRBO email. The cabin was as described and although it is next to other houses, the side and back porches (hot tub) were private. We could hear neighbors from the backside of the cabin but trees blocked visibility. As other guests mentioned, the curtain situation is strange and despite there not being houses on the window side of the cabins, some people like to close curtains for privacy after dark. “The cabin was lovely. We were very pleased. Beds were comfortable. It met our needs well. All was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we left halfway through our stay due to threats from a hostile neighbor. All because we walked our 8 lb dog through the front edge of his yard. There are no sidewalks. “Our group was in town to see our favorite band play at a nearby music festival. It was wonderful to have a quiet place to relax afterwards and air conditioner during the hot part of the day. It was amazing to soak in the hot tub after a long day on our feet. The nearby town was also lovely although we barely got to enjoy it. ”

“This refreshed lovely home had some of it's older charm while being clean, updated, & spacious! Inside is clean with tasteful rustic/industrial decor. They still had the Christmas tree up and lit in the large front windows, which showed out onto the large front porch to the street in a delightful way! The bedrooms all seemed to have new beds, linens, etc., again tasteful in both tones and fabrics.We stayed a weekend in early January, with snow on the way, so we enjoyed the hot tub! My kids……
