“Great location and condo. Great communication with owner”

“My family and I stayed at this condo for our trip to the Biggest Week in American Birding. What a fabulous location! The condo is about a seven-minute drive from the entrance to Magee Marsh. It's even closer than the conference hotel. As for the condo, it was great: clean and quiet. There was so much exciting birding going on that we didn't spend much time inside, but it made for a tremendous base of operations for our stay. We hope to be back. Thanks!”

“Very clean, private parking spot. Kitchen has just about what you'd n needed. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. One comment we would make is maybe some short instructions on how to use TVs in the L/R & B/R. Cose to Magee Marsh Boardwalk and good eateries are 20 to 30 minutes away. “I loved this condo! The porch looked over the canal so you could watch boats come in and out. If you had a boat you could even dock there which I thought was nice. Chris and Dawn did a great job on communicating with me. I would stay there again without hesitation.”

“Went bird watching and this was a perfect place to stay. Next year I’ll spend a day fishing because of the many charter boats right there. Check-in was simple and condo was clean and ready for us. It had everything I needed. ”

“We stayed here for several days while birding at Magee Marsh. This was an excellent location and Megan was very responsive. ”

“The condo was nice and having the boat dock was good. Make plans ahead if bringing a boat to figure out where you will store your trailer. The condo area has no place and when we called the number recommended for payed storage, they never responded back to us. Luckily for us we had a friend in the area who let us keep our boat trailer at his house or it could of been a bad situation. Also plan to pay a $15 boat sticker fee that the condo association requires. There is limited parking for……
