“We had a great time during our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable for our family. Communication with the host was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking with a nice little market about 5 minutes away. Proximity to Windham mountain was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!”

“The location and layout of the home was ideal for our family, but we were underwhelmed by the condition of the home. Many of the ceiling lights were not working, and the main living area was very dark. Plan to eat most meals out and you won’t be disappointed as the kitchen was not well stocked to prepare food (no spatulas or measuring cups) the ice maker made ice but did not dispense it and the filter for water was due to be replaced. The washing machine did not work and despite addressing it……

“We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up. I contacted the property owner and told her our concerns. Her response was “Things and furnitures are as in the pictures posted……

“We were worried because there was only one review on VRBO, but the other booking platform has lots of great reviews for this house.If you’re going to Windham, this house is great. The bedroom attached to the bunk bed room has a full bed. The loft has a Queen futon. The bedroom with attached bath has a king bed. The hot tub and kitchen are great. We had 6 adults and 3 kids. The house was just big enough to sleep us with the twin aero mattress that we brought. House is only a few minutes drive to……

“I brought my husband to this cabin for a 40th birthday surprise and it was truly perfect. Host kindly brought some decorations and champagne at my request, even a card for him, for when we arrived. It is conveniently on a main road but really far away from it so super quiet, and the cabin faces the woods for total privacy. The jacuzzi was fantastic (don't forget to adjust the temperature as soon as you get there so it's nice and hot, takes about an hour), and we loved grilling burgers and making……

“Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were a few things about the home that were underwhelming. The biggest thing for us was the water running through the showers and toilets had a really foul odor. One of the bedrooms is a loft above the living room, so if you have young kids that you needed to sleep there it would be problematic. The stairs up to the loft made us nervous with our 2 year old as the baluster spacing was wide enough for him to fall through. Two of the doors to the backyard were……
