The hot tub was amazing and our host was very helpful. We drove about 45 minutes to an amazing brewery-West Kill Brewery and would highly recommend. ”

“We stayed at this fabulous house for our annual Family ski vacation with friends and kids. It was the perfect house for our group. 5 minutes from the mountain. Great space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Plenty of bedrooms. Awesome game room. Hot tub was the best after long ski days! Highly reccomend! ”

“Excellent location to ski Hunter, Windham, and Bellyaire mountains. Hiked Katterskill falls. Did not eat out. Restaurants were limited. Nice working wood stove. Wood provided. Local hiking trail right out front door called Diamond Notch trail”

“Went on an upstate retreat with some friends and our partners - 8 people total. The rooms were lovely and the kitchen was fully furnished. They even provided a little s’mores kit in the fridge (although we only ended up using the marshmallows for hot chocolate). We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it seemed well maintained and clean. Fireplace came stocked with plenty of wood. 10/10 would rebook if the opportunity ever came!”

“The property was very nice and clean, very conveniently located. It faces away from the road so there's no noise. It's well heated and our stay was very comfortable. It is a studio efficiency. It was comfortable for our winter stay.”

“We came for our honeymoon and the property was everything we thought it would be. The hot tub was perfect in the cold! The internet access was incredibly fast which is a must for me! My wife was very happy as I got to build my first snowman. Everything was very clean and it was everything we could have asked for! 10/10 would definitely stay here in the future!”

“The location and layout of the home was ideal for our family, but we were underwhelmed by the condition of the home. Many of the ceiling lights were not working, and the main living area was very dark. Plan to eat most meals out and you won’t be disappointed as the kitchen was not well stocked to prepare food (no spatulas or measuring cups) the ice maker made ice but did not dispense it and the filter for water was due to be replaced. The washing machine did not work and despite addressing it……
